Products
Licensable products.
Platforms you own.
Midships offers two licensable products. Both are white box — you receive the complete source code. You are not locked in to Midships for ongoing changes. Your team owns the platform.
White box by design. Every Midships product is fully white box. Your team receives all source code, can modify it for internal use, and can operate it independently after deployment.
Ping AIS Accelerator — PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS, PingAuthorize on Kubernetes
Ping AIC Accelerator — includes Midships Cube for local development and parallel working
Keycloak Accelerator — HA, zero downtime upgrades, Extended Auth Flow API
Production-grade in lower environments within weeks
Pre-hardened — PCI DSS, MAS TRM, SOC2 aligned from day one
Multi-region, multi-cloud active-active architectures
Deployment via Midships or a qualified partner
IAM Deployment Frameworks · White Box · Licensable
Accelerators
Licensable, white-box deployment frameworks for Ping AIS, Ping AIC, and Keycloak. Built from seven years of regulated enterprise delivery. Production-grade deployments in lower environments within weeks. Full source code — your team owns the platform.
Three-layer governance — System Purpose, Session Description, Intent Set and Runtime Enforcement
Every agent action assessed before execution — allow, block, modify, or escalate
No changes to core applications, APIs, or IAM infrastructure
Audit trail by default — every governance decision recorded
Zero Trust aligned — verified agent identity and least privilege execution
Designed for regulated environments — EU AI Act, MAS TRM, FCA, DORA
Guardian managed operations available for Icebreaker in production
What both products share
Built on the same principles
Icebreaker and the Accelerators are different products serving different needs — but they are built on the same commercial and engineering principles.
White box — full source code
Both products are fully white box. You receive complete source code as part of the licence. Your team can read, modify, and extend it for internal use. You are not dependent on Midships for ongoing changes or held to a black-box roadmap.
Licence to use, deploy via Midships or a partner
You purchase a product licence. Deployment is handled by Midships or a qualified partner — ensuring the product is deployed correctly and your team receives full knowledge transfer. After deployment, you can operate independently.
Level 4 support in the licence fee
Where Midships code has a defect that requires a fix, that fix is covered by the product licence. Guardian managed operations is separate and optional — it covers production incident response and platform housekeeping, not product defects.
Built for regulated environments
Both products are designed for financial services, healthcare, and government — where security hardening, compliance alignment, and audit trails are baseline requirements rather than optional extras.
Common questions
Products — FAQs
What does white box mean?
White box means you receive the complete source code for the product as part of the licence. You can read it, understand it, modify it for internal use, and operate it without depending on Midships. This is the opposite of a black-box SaaS product where you have no visibility into how it works.
Can we deploy the products ourselves?
Deployment is handled by Midships or a qualified partner. This is not a restriction — it is quality control. The value of the products comes from being deployed correctly the first time, with your team receiving full knowledge transfer. After deployment, you can operate and extend the platform independently.
Is there pricing on this page?
No. Product licensing is structured based on programme scope, deployment scale, and client context. Contact sales@midships.io to discuss your requirements and receive licence terms. There is no off-the-shelf price list.
Do Icebreaker and the Accelerators work together?
Yes. The Accelerators deploy the IAM components — Ping AIS, Ping AIC, or Keycloak — that form the Identity and Metadata Context Layer and Integration Layer of the Midships Enterprise AI Agent Reference Architecture. Icebreaker sits above as the Governance and Control Layer. If you are implementing the reference architecture and need a production-grade IAM layer, the Accelerators are the fastest path to getting it in place.
What is Level 4 support and is it included?
Level 4 support covers defects in Midships' own code — in an Accelerator or in Icebreaker. This is included in the product licence fee regardless of whether you have Guardian. Guardian covers operational management of the running platform. The two are separate and serve different purposes.
Can Guardian run both products in production?
Yes. Guardian is Midships' 24x7 managed service and covers Ping AIS, Ping AIC, Keycloak, and Icebreaker under a single engagement. If you want Midships to take operational responsibility for the running platform — incident response, monitoring, upgrades, housekeeping — Guardian is the right engagement model.
