The company
Built by practitioners for critical enterprise systems.
Midships was founded in the United Kingdom in 2018 by Ajit Gupta, Juan Redondo and Taweh Ruhle to bring reusable architecture, DevSecOps and engineering accountability to complex enterprise identity programmes. We now apply that discipline to Enterprise AI, through Icebreaker, Caravel and governed straight through processing.

We also provide independent executive advisory on identity renewal, AI governance and post-quantum readiness, with a clear scope and no automatic product prescription. Midships provides technical readiness advice, not formal certification or legal interpretation.
