Enterprise identity

Stop paying more every time a customer logs in.

Midships Enterprise Platform is a production customer identity platform that runs in your own environment, priced on the deployment scope we agree, not on how many customers you have. We build it, migrate you to it and can run it for you.

Midships Enterprise Platform for KeycloakThe production foundation for Keycloak: deployment, high availability, upgrades and support.

Sound familiar?

When the platform model stops making sense.

Customer identity is essential. What you pay for it should not grow with your success.

  • Your identity bill grows with every customer you add.
  • Regulators or your board want the platform in your own environment.
  • Your team has tried open-source Keycloak. And found that production is the hard part.
  • You want to own your customer journeys rather than rent them.
What you get

A production platform, not a project.

Keycloak is a widely used open-source identity engine. Midships Enterprise Platform adds what a regulated enterprise needs around it: deployment, resilience, security, upgrades and operations.

PricingNo per-user feesAn annual subscription priced on the agreed deployment scope.

What we have done

Proven at bank scale.

Tier 1 bank · South East Asia

Migrating to Midships Enterprise Platform.

Production go-live from December 2026.

Tier 1 bank · Performance testing

9,000 API requests per second, proven.

Measured at the identity platform, from request in to response out, in performance testing on Midships Enterprise Platform and on the bank's Ping platform.

Our migration design principle

Change the identity platform. Not the systems that depend on it.

We design migrations around a strict compatibility objective: existing consuming services should not need application changes just because the identity platform changes.

Existing consuming servicesMobile, web, gateways, APIs and channels
Same external contractsEndpoints, tokens, claims, headers and behaviour
Midships Enterprise PlatformCompatibility engineering and controlled routing

How we prove it: discover existing dependencies, reproduce required API and token contracts, run end-to-end regression against real consuming systems, and transition through controlled routing with rollback. Undocumented dependencies or platform differences can require a managed exception, which must be proven before traffic moves.

Common questions

Questions about Midships Enterprise Platform.

Will Keycloak definitely reduce our CIAM cost?

Not always. The assessment compares licensing, support, infrastructure, operations, migration, compatibility and resilience across five years.

Can we run Keycloak in our own environment?

Yes. The Midships Accelerator targets customer-managed infrastructure, including on-premises environments and customer-owned cloud tenancy, subject to the deployment design.

What do we actually receive?

A scoped, licensable set of deployment code, automation, configuration and operational patterns plus documentation and agreed handover. Exact inclusions differ between Keycloak, self-managed IAM and cloud IAM accelerators.

Do the accelerators replace implementation services?

No. They reduce repeat engineering work. Integration, data migration, non-functional validation and customer-specific journeys remain delivery activities.

How we start

A conversation about the business problem, not a sales pitch.

First · free · about 45 minutes

What the first conversation establishes

  • What your current platform costs, and how that grows with customers.
  • The requirements any replacement must meet: security, resilience, integrations, regulators.
  • Whether Midships Enterprise Platform fits, and what a move would involve.

It is not a quotation. That follows the assessment of your estate.

Then

An assessment, then the move

A fixed-price assessment confirms compatibility, architecture and the business case. Then the subscription, a migration designed to leave your applications unchanged where compatibility is proven, and optional managed operations.
