Evidence, organised by the decision you face.

Each case sets out the decision, what was at stake, what we did, the proof and what it means for you. Results state their scope. Anonymised customers stay anonymous.

Execute a migration

Tier 1 and tier 2 banks · 2025

Four complex identity migrations and upgrades, four countries, one year.

Decision
Migrate and upgrade live customer and workforce identity estates without disrupting the bank.
Stakes
Log-in, onboarding and staff access all run through identity. A broken integration is visible to customers on the first day.
What we did
Mapped dependencies, built the target in parallel and proved compatibility, load, recovery and rollback before each cut-over.
Proof
Four complex migrations and upgrades completed in 2025, each in a different country and each at a tier 1 or tier 2 bank.
What it means for you
Migration risk can be sized and retired before cut-over, rather than accepted as a reason not to change.

Operate a critical estate

Gaming institution · Anonymised test

1,255 complete login journeys per second.

Decision
Prove the identity platform will hold at peak before the peak arrives.
Stakes
Demand is spiky. If log-in fails at peak, customers cannot transact.
What we did
Designed and ran a one-hour performance programme under measured test conditions.
Proof
A peak of 1,255 journeys per second, 9,400 combined transactions per second and average response time under 50 ms.
What it means for you
Capacity becomes a measured fact rather than a vendor assurance.

Asian gaming provider · Anonymised tests

Resilience tested under failure.

Decision
Know how the identity platform behaves when part of it fails.
Stakes
A 1,667 TPS requirement, with recovery objectives the business had committed to.
What we did
Ran production-like trials and simulated failovers.
Proof
Sustained 1,700 TPS, above the requirement, with RTO of 10 to 15 minutes and zero data loss (RPO 0) across simulated failovers.
What it means for you
Recovery objectives are demonstrated before go-live, not assumed.
Scope: production-like trials and simulated failovers.Read the resilience study →
